When you are choosing the album you'd like to upload your photos into, or choosing the album in which you'd like to nest a new album, click on the drop-down menu and then type the first few letters of the destination album. Your browser should jump right to that album. This is especially helpful if you have hundreds of albums as I do.

If you get failed uploads, check your file size. Default is 2MB per file, see here for details about how to increase this limit.
